4G Technology Launch NOW 2015 !!
4G network won’t be “widely available” until 2015.

Ofcom has been forced to admit another slip in the timescales for launching 4G networks and 4G Mobile Broadband. All the way back to 2015

Arguments over the fineprint of the rules and regulations for the 4G spectrum auction has continued to delay the process. Parties aparantly blaming the telecoms themselves or the actual consultancy process by Ofcom. Reducing the first 4G tests and services to limited areas, at best, for 2013. That's presuming the 4G auction happens in 2012.

4G networks and 4G Mobile Broadband roll out was always due to be in 2013, however with delays to allocating licences which were due to be completed by now, the speed of progress in 2013 may be far less than hoped..

This means the UK could be 5 years behind US, Norway, Sweden and Japan.
Even the Olympics and a desire to offer 4G netwroks in 2012 during the London Sports Event, failed to make it happen.

4G broadband Internet access is due to be availiable, citywide in Barcelona, in 2012!

'O2', 'Vodafone' and 'Everything Everywhere' have argued that the 'Three', the other major network operator involved, will probably need some assistance to get its 4G network going, as it has no spare spectrum. Whilst the others do. Leaving them out, on the other hand, will reduce competition. It is said.

All appear to be happy to delay and hold back the whole UK. Which may not be forgotten, during the crisis where every competitive advantage is welcome.Though they may not care, as we will buy anyway.

Barcelona city 100 Mbps 4G broadband internet Throughout in 2012

4G broadband Internet access to beavailiable within the city of Barcelona in 2012. It was one of the conditions the Mobile World Congress chose the Catalan capital as the organising city until 2018.

Telefónica say the first 4G USB devices & 4G phones are to go on the market during 2012 and will be 14 faster than 3G!.

4G downloads will be 3 times faster than 3G network. By 2020 it could be 4 to 5 times faster. Serving the needs of mobile data usage far better and opening up 4G mobile phones and laptops capability and uses.

When will 4G reach the UK?

Now that the 4G Technology has been agreed, the auctions of the 4G spectrum to offer 4G Broadband and Mobile services are due in 2012, allowing 4G suppliers to launch 4G services.

The Mobile Operators have commented on 4G but not yet on 4G tarrifs and deals.
